Over time, Isabelle's video calls with Eve had become a bit less frequent. But she enjoyed her conversations with Eve and was looking forward to seeing her. They had only met once in person, but strangely, she felt connected to her. Eve seemed to care for her and be willing to share her knowledge to help, and she always acted selflessly, never asking anything in return. Isabelle felt a sense of trust, a feeling that so far, she had only experienced with Oscar, her childhood friend, and with Marco and the girls. Consciously or not, she had come to see Eve as her “nerdy, little sister,” the little sister she never had.
This time, Isabelle was eager to share with her little sister some insights she had gained when applying the four-steps model. Isabelle opened the conversation: “I think your four-steps model is awesome and super helpful. But it is not complete.”
“Incomplete? What do you mean?” asked Eve, slightly worried that she might have missed something in her research.
“Yes,” answered Isabelle. “Let me tell you what happened in the GET when we applied it. First, we applied it for our discussion on strategy.
