I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A sales representative, often referred to as a ‘rep’, may work for a manufacturer, wholesale distributor or service industry, persuading potential customers to buy the firm’s products and also looking after the needs of existing customers and providing after-sales advice and support. Sales reps sell many products including pharmaceuticals, office supplies and catering equipment to business customers, or double glazing, utilities, wine and fitted kitchens to private customers. As a ‘rep’ you are usually assigned a geographical area and travel around it on the firm’s behalf.
