Story Preparation
The secret to high-performing agile teams is effective story preparation. Well-prepared stories lead to better estimation, better iteration planning, reduced rework, and fewer impediments and delays. This chapter provides guidelines for this activity—one that begins at the start of an initiative for the first stories to be implemented and continues throughout the product’s lifecycle.
