While the Product Manager role is often overlooked, the Business Analyst (BA) role is often misunderstood. This is because under the title of Business Analyst, there are many different types of BA. Some of these roles carry the BA title erroneously; things would be simplified if some BAs were given the title “Assistant Product Manager.”
