I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
John was right, humans are humans. The means to fix things with Heidi have always been available to me. What John had outlined didn’t just apply to the corporate environment, but also to my home life. Authenticity, empathy, and appreciation are the key. Again, I’d taken too much for granted. Being close to the precipice of our relationship, I’ve finally managed to change the course. It starts with actively listening to what Heidi has to say.
