Why I Decided to Write a Book about Kindness in Leadership

I can’t say that I ever expected to write a book about kind leadership. Yet, here I am, doing just that. Now, you very well may be asking yourself, “If Karyn never thought she’d write a book about kind leadership, why is she writing one? And why now?” So, here’s the answer.

Because it’s what’s needed.

Perhaps, like me you’ve noticed an increase in unkindness in the last few years.
