Three years later, after gaining a reputation for selling spec scripts, Marathon Entertainment hired him as a manager. In 2006, Ross left to form his own company, Silent R Management. His client list includes Brad Buecker (Executive Producer of American Horror Story), Matt Aldrich (Pixar’s Coco), Barry Jenkins (A24 & Plan B’s Moonlight) and Jack Stanley (Chronicle 2).
