Kuang Yang has worked for Huawei, a leading company in China, for more than 13 years. He is credited with introducing Huawei to OKRs. In addition to playing the roles of OKRs project lead and internal coach, he developed the OKRs platform that Huawei uses today. After translating Objectives and Key Results into Chinese, Kuang wrote the most popular book in Chinese on OKRs, Performance Empowerment: Beyond OKRs. He has introduced OKRs to dozens of other Chinese companies, including Alibaba, Tap4fun, SANY, and BGI. Kuang is the first true OKRs practitioner in China.
