Bonus360 Degree Feedback
This multisource method of review and feedback is a popular (and sometimes unpopular) technique that some companies use for both development and appraisal purposes. For our purposes, we will use the term to denote the “upward review,” when subordinates review their bosses. Remember when you finally had the chance to score the performances of your professors in high school or college? This is a similar concept. Ideally, this kind of feedback should always be given anonymously, so that subordinates can feel free to speak the truth without fear of reprisal.
