Robin and Chris both graduated from college a couple of years ago with degrees in elementary education. They each took jobs as first grade teachers but in different school districts. Robin immediately confronted a number of obstacles on the job: a large class (38 students), a small and dingy classroom, and inadequate supplies. Chris’s situation couldn’t have been more different.
