The Bazaar at the Cathedral
The 2010 company meeting was held in September at the beautiful village of Seaside, nestled into the rolling beaches of the northwest Florida coastline. Robert S. Davis, the town founder, had decided in 1979 to invent an old beach town on his vacant property. He hired architects to design buildings and homes in the weathered, rustic style found in older places up the coast. Seaside is where the film The Truman Show, a movie about a man in a television show where everyone knows it's a show but him, was made, and it's a brilliant matching of a movie and a location.
