I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Robert Yerex, Ph.D.
Dr. Yerex has a Ph.D. in Quantitative Analysis and an MBA in Finance, both from Cornell University. He is an expert in the development of financial and econometric models that relate human resources initiatives to financial and operational results measurable in real dollar returns. At Kronos, Dr. Yerex heads the Research & Analytics team, where he consults with Human Resources, Finance, and Operations executives from firms in a range of industries on how they can effectively manage and optimize their employee assets. In addition to his industry experience, Dr. Yerex taught in the School of Business and Economics at North Carolina A&T State University as an Associate Professor in the areas of Management, MIS, and Business Process Reengineering.
