Selling an OSBI project to the business

The fact is that the value of BI is not always self-evident. Organizations have struggled for years to sell the value of BI beyond data consolidation and faster query delivery. Depending on the type of analytics applications and who in the company is sponsoring the project, BI’s value proposition might be more or less difficult to prove.
