Whether through source code flexibility, support, or general integration, many developers prefer to work within an OS environment. However, issues also arise depending on comfort levels, etc. Therefore, it makes sense to take some time to discuss what it means to work within an OS environment. In many ways, this chapter is targeted towards developers. However, it should also be said that my specialty does not lie in technical banter or within the world of development.
