This whole book-publishing thing is terribly unfair. The author gets all the glory, and it’s my name on the spine, but it’s a large team that actually takes my words, shapes them, puts them on pages, and gets them out there looking far, far better than I ever imagined. Beyond that, it takes friends and family to see the author through the process with his mind in one piece, and it takes people like you for these books to find an audience.
