So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Implementing shares, limits, and reservations on resource pools
Shares, limits, and reservation settings can be viewed under the Manage tab of every virtual machine, and can be configured individually for every resource. The following image shows shares, limits and reservations of a particular virtual machine:
To modify the settings or configure the shares, limits, and reservations on any of the resource, click on the Edit button on the VM hardware section, and under the Edit Settings page, select the desired configuration for every resource.
