I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
SAN display problems
When your vSphere host does not display SANs correctly, you are required to use different troubleshooting techniques to make it work correctly.
It may happen that you are not able to find a port. This could be because of a disconnected network cable. Ensure that your cables are connected correctly; your link is up if you are able to find a green color link light else, replace the cable.
If your routes are not published correctly, you will have connectivity issues among different subnets of your LAN segments. Ensure your storage segment is accessible to the vSphere host's segments and correct routes are published between the subnets.
