Moving toward a more inclusive future of work is no longer just a matter of policy and the right thing to do; it’s a strategic business imperative. But despite investments in the billions of dollars in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), improvements have been marginal. New global data finds that companies currently spend $7.5 billion annually on DEI-related efforts, and that figure is projected to more than double to $15.4 billion by 2026.1
