So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

WHY ARE WE HERE?
On my way to a talk in Chicago, I did what I always do in an Uber—chat with the driver. You’ll rarely find me in quiet mode on these rides. I’m naturally curious and these excursions are research-rich environments. I’ve had hundreds of conversations with rideshare drivers in countries around the world about how and why they got into this profession.
