In this chapter, a problem called future equality-constrained quadratic programming (FECQP) is developed and discussed. For the FECQP solving, the corresponding continuous time-dependent equality-constrained quadratic programming (CTDECQP) is presented and its continuous-time zeroing neural network (CTZNN) model is obtained. Then, the Zhang-Taylor discretization formula is presented to discretize the CTZNN model and obtain higher computational accuracy. On the basis of the Zhang-Taylor discretization formula, two Zhang-Taylor discrete-time zeroing neural network (ZT-DTZNN) algorithms are presented and discussed to perform the FECQP.
