The Service Scorecard offers a holistic framework for measuring service operations performance and provides leading indicators for ensuring sustained profitable growth. With this being a new framework, one must wonder if there are companies that have implemented the Service Scorecard. Had it been implemented fully, it would not be an innovative framework for corporate performance. However, there are companies that have implemented aspects of the Service Scorecard well and realized benefits. Imagine if a company implemented best practices throughout its operations.
