When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Explanation of Limitations
Why would you place so many restrictions on the table you just created? You want your data to be as error-free as possible. You will discover that there are provisions in Access to check data after the fact, but why not check data as you input it? The users aren’t annoyed with any messages unless they type something that is incorrect. If the current month is March, it’s easy to accidentally type a 4 instead of a 3 for the month. Access doesn’t allow that entry with the validation rule you established. The user is notified of the problem and when it is corrected, he or she can continue.
