The Query Grid
The query grid has a table-like structure. You can select and move fields around in a grid using the same technique you used to move fields in tables. But first you must select which table(s) you want in the query. From there, you double-click or drag the fields you want down to the grid. The field order that you select is the same order that is reflected in the results. Unlike a table, you don’t see individual records, but you do have the ability to describe which fields and records you want to retrieve.
