Hyperlinks in Access Objects

Hyperlinks in Access are easy to implement. Although there are other ways to create hyperlinks in Access, you can simply create a field in a table and set its data type to hyperlink. To complete the hyperlink to another object, just type the Internet or e-mail address in the hyperlink field. You are not limited to Internet pages and e-mail addresses, however. Through a hyperlink, you can link to database objects such as a table, form or report, Word document, or even an Excel named range. Assuming the link is valid, clicking on the hyperlink opens the linked object.
