Three Sources
Three properties on a form or report can become sources of table or query data. These three sources can all work together. For example, the form’s record source property can be linked to a table or query. The moment you set the record source of a form or report to a table or query, the fields become available to the form or report through the control source of any text, list, or combo box you place on the form, for example. The row source can become a source of data for the control source of the same control.
