Three Sources

Three properties on a form or report can become sources of table or query data. These three sources can all work together. For example, the form’s record source property can be linked to a table or query. The moment you set the record source of a form or report to a table or query, the fields become available to the form or report through the control source of any text, list, or combo box you place on the form, for example.
