I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Mapping data that has location information
We used two datasets in Chapter 7, Mapping Data That Has Location Information, to visualize geographic coordinates for airports, flight routes, and a subset of railroads in California, United States. You can view it in the following link:
In the first dataset, we identified altitudes at which different airports are built across the world. We also saw the flight connections between Iran and rest of the world, followed by a similar chart for Bangladesh.
Then, using the second dataset, we zoomed into a deck.gl map that showed how railroad tracks that transport crude oil connect different cities ...
