When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Alpha
The alpha role is for users who need permissions to add or alter tables in any databases. It is suitable for users who want to create new tables, charts, and dashboards. Only admin users have the ability to add databases. Some users will need access to SQL Lab for developing new analytics, so a user with the alpha role also needs to be assigned the sql_lab role. Admin users have access to SQL Lab.
On a separate browser, log in with a new Google account. This is a good time to ask a collaborator who will use your Superset setup to register with their Google account. New users will not have permissions to view any tables, charts, or dashboards:
