Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) greatly impacts the aeronautical and aerospace industries, leading to improved safety, productivity, and creativity. Fuzzy logic controllers (FLCs) are becoming increasingly popular in aerospace use because of their capacity to manage uncertain, imprecise, and nonlinear data. They prove highly beneficial in situations where conventional control techniques encounter challenges in delivering effective performance. Fuzzy logic controllers are capable of improving the stability and control of aircraft, particularly in turbulent and unpredictable conditions, by effectively handling the intricate dynamics of flight. They can enhance the performance of auto-pilots and other flight control systems through their provision of smooth and adaptable control responses. Below is a summary of their applications and benefits in the aerospace industry.
Keywords: Artificial intelligence (AI), fuzzy logic controllers, rule base, fuzzification, defuzzification, inference engine
6.1 Introduction
