Abstract
The manufacturing of aircraft components is currently undergoing a significant transformation in the aerospace industry due to the integration of artificial intelligence (AI). This section explores the critical phases of aircraft component manufacture and explains how AI technologies improve accuracy, safety, and efficiency at each level. AI-driven solutions ensure superior quality and dependability while streamlining operations from the design phase and material selection to the manufacturing, testing, assembly, and integration phases. Aerospace engineers to create exact designs that account for structural integrity, weight, and aerodynamics use sophisticated computer-aided design (CAD) software. AI maximizes material selection by using strong and lightweight materials that are resistant to harsh environmental conditions, such as advanced steels, titanium, composites, and aluminum alloys.
