Abstract
Utilization of artificial intelligence in processing platform-based data and assetbased data repository of a particular variant of aircraft with and aim to achieve an effective maintenance utilization plan with reduced aircraft downtime and operational cost is the main motive of the paper. The importance of the main ingredients of platform-based data like repair, maintenance, servicing, component change, oil replenishment, HUMS data, and incident/accident were discussed and analyzed in detail to form a common machine-recognizable data sheet for AI analysis. Also, the need for mandatory asset requirements like tools, NDT equipment/expertise, critical component float, and mandatory spare along with skilled maintenance/operating staff, to assist in timely turnaround and optimal exploitation of aircraft, were detailed in the paper. In addition, the optimal utilization of AI in analyzing the platformand asset-centric data base to enhance the aircraft utility in the form of maintenance, servicing, and lifing recommendations or in the form of exploitation advisories/operational limitations. All the AI analyses are ...
