So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
Transactions are an essential tool for maintaining data integrity in distributed computing systems. WebLogic's implementation of JTA gives Java programmers access to a robust transaction manager that supports manual or automatic transaction management in accordance with the J2EE specification. The WebLogic transaction manager also fully supports the EJB 2.0 specification, including container-managed transaction semantics for Session, Message-Driven, and Entity EJBs.
