The study of motivation, commitment, and culture can lead to pragmatic and logical assumptions. However, leaders’ comprehension in terms of costs, organizational performance, and cultural development are factors inhibited by poorly developed environments. There often is an unbalanced perception of what motivates employees to a level of commitment and how to develop culture.
