I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
ABOUT THE AUTHORS
LINDA A. HILL is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, and faculty chair of the Leadership Initiative. She has chaired numerous HBS Executive Education programs, including the High Potentials Leadership Program, and was a key developer of the School's required Leadership and Organizational Behavior course.
Hill's consulting and executive education activities are in the areas of managing change, managing cross-organizational relationships, implementing global strategy, innovation, talent management, and leadership development.
