It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Abstract
The metaverse opens doors to groundbreaking medical education and training. Healthcare professionals can engage in realistic simulations and metaverse, a virtual and interconnected universe that encompasses physical boundaries, has recently attracted attention. As technology continues to advance at an unprecedented pace, the metaverse is targeted to reshape various aspects of our lives, including the healthcare industry. This abstract focuses into the potential transformation of healthcare through the metaverse, exploring its impact on society, applications of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies on physical and mental health, and quality lifestyle. Metaverse holds promise of a bright future for healthcare, offering innovative solutions to long-standing medical challenges. Telemedicine and remote consultations have already gained prominence, but the metaverse takes this a step further by creating lucrative, lively environments for patient–doctor interactions.
