When visiting a new city (here, Charleston, South Carolina), I always look for new and creative ways to capture the area’s icons. While the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge is no Golden Gate, it still lights up beautifully just after the sun sets. By using a simple but well-known aperture trick, I was able to turn every one of the lights on the bridge into mini stars.
