If you had asked me a few months ago what I had planned for 2013, this book would not have been on my list. As a travel photographer, I spend much more time on the road—sleeping in airplanes and exploring distant counties—than the average person. In fact, I was in the middle of teaching a photography workshop in Cambodia when Peachpit asked if I would be interested in writing a book on the Canon 6D for their popular From Snapshots to Great Shots series.
