Avoiding Lens Flare

If you find yourself shooting in the middle of the day, there might be times when the light from the sun reflects off your lens, causing a bit of lens flare. Although some photographers enjoy this look, others tend to avoid it. To solve this issue, you need to take two images of the same scene and then blend them together with photo-editing software (Figure 10.7). The key is to block the sun with your hand in one of the two shots.
