Chapter 5, “Frame Relay Traffic Shaping,” introduced the principal congestion control mechanism for managing Frame Relay traffic on Cisco routers. This chapter discusses the Adaptive Frame Relay Traffic Shaping for Interface Congestion feature, which is essentially an enhancement feature to the Frame Relay Traffic Shaping functionality.
