Identifying the Team

A key to a successful design is having the right people involved from the project to start. To begin, you should use an experienced project manager who is familiar with cloud solutions who will serve as the project’s point of contact. Next, you should involve key stakeholders, people who have an interest in the project’s success and who can represent the business group for whom the software is being developed. Today, despite the number of solutions that exist in the cloud, many cloud solutions fail, arrive late, or exceed the anticipated budget. A primary cause of such failure is poor communication. By having an engaged team from the start, you greatly increase your odds of success.
