We have distilled the lessons from ten years’ experience working with many collaborative leaders (successful and unsuccessful) to help you accelerate your own development and to avoid some of the pitfalls. We have also focused on some key areas that leaders tell us they find particularly challenging in collaborative situations: managing risk across organizational boundaries, dealing with the inevitable conflict that occurs and dealing with the particular demands of working with Boards.
