I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Kehren wir zu unserem Team zurück. Die Forschungsaktivitäten und die Diskussionen zu den resultierenden Ergebnissen waren lehrreich und brachten die Projektarbeit weiter. Der dritte Workshop kann nun beginnen. Das Team ist voller Tatendrang – nun steht die Lösungsfindung im Vordergrund.
Im Synthese-Workshop konnte eine ganze Reihe von Chancen zur Optimierung von 4Service identifiziert werden. Tim schlägt vor, einige dieser Chancen zu konkretisieren und in Form sogenannter How-might-we-Fragen (HMW-Fragen) zu formulieren.
