So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Der Validierungs-Workshop ist der sechste der sieben Workshops unseres Vorgehensmodells. Im Validierungs-Workshop werten wir die Ergebnisse der empirischen Prüfung eines auf unseren Annahmen fußenden Prototyps aus. Wir entscheiden darüber, ob getroffene Konzeptannahmen gestützt werden können, ob weitere Iterationen zur Überarbeitung notwendig sind – oder ob unser Lösungsansatz generell nicht tragfähig ist. Scheitert eine Validierung, so sollte sie dies möglichst früh tun: Wir wissen dann, dass wir den falschen Weg eingeschlagen haben.
