Promotional Initiatives

Publicity and recruitment activities should begin three months prior to the implementation of the mentoring partnership program. These various actions are to be treated as one whole and deliberately planned campaign to publicize this new service, including a logo, graphics, and overall design. Promotional materials ought to be easily recognized throughout the organization. Develop a list of all organizational communications and social media outlets. Also identify meetings where it would be appropriate to announce the program and distribute materials.
