The Next Steps: Planning for the Future

The six-month cycle for each cohort of mentoring partnership teams ends with a celebration and the submission of the final evaluation forms by the participants. Within the next month, the coordinator writes a final report, which is based on participant ratings and remarks as well as the coordinator’s own experiences. This report is submitted to the supervisor and other relevant personnel. Senior executives may request oral presentations or a meeting to discuss ROI outcomes, the continuation of the program, and to recommended changes or revisions.
