Planned Celebration and Closure Meeting

At the end of the Mentoring Partnership Program’s six-month rotation, when the teams have accomplished their teaching and learning goals, it is important to plan a celebration for everyone that was involved. This also serves as a formal closure and as an opportunity for a final review of the program and the developed partnerships.
