I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Allzu häufig arbeiten Entwickler in Softwareprojekten monate- oder jahrelang – über Releases hinweg – an Features, ohne je zu prüfen, ob die gewünschten Geschäftsziele erreicht werden, also zum Beispiel ein bestimmtes Feature die gewünschten Ergebnisse erfüllt oder überhaupt verwendet wird.
Schlimmer noch: Selbst wenn wir erkennen, dass ein bestimmtes Feature nicht die gewünschten Ergebnisse vorweisen kann, werden Korrekturen daran eventuell durch andere, neue Features überpriorisiert, womit sichergestellt ist, dass das schlecht laufende Feature niemals seine angedachten Ziele erreichen kann.
