I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The history and rise of deep learning
The earliest neural network was developed in the 1940s, not long after the dawn of AI research. In 1943, a seminal paper called A Logical Calculus of Ideas Immanent in Nervous Activity was published, which proposed the first mathematical model of a neural network . The unit of this model is a simple formalized neuron, often referred to as a McCulloch–Pitts neuron. It is a mathematical function conceived as a model of biological neurons, a neural network.
