5.5EXPOSURE FUSION
Wer bei Dynamiksteigerung in der Fotografie direkt an HDRI denkt, liegt nur begrenzt richtig. Tatsächlich existiert auch ein anderes, älteres und viel einfacheres Verfahren, das unter Umständen sogar natürlichere Ergebnisse liefert.
Grundlagen
Das HDRI-Verfahren aus dem vorigen Abschnitt setzt auf eine exakte Kenntnis der Aufnahmedaten (der Lichtwert- bzw. EV-Abstufung), um hieraus die Sensorkennlinie zu rekonstruieren. Dann erfolgt ein Übergang zu breiteren 32-Bit-Daten, um die aus den Einzelbildern errechnete, höhere Dynamik auch ablegen zu können. Der letzte Schritt ist die Komprimierung via Tone Mapping auf ein darstellbares 8-Bit-Format. Das alles fällt bei dem Verfahren der Belichtungsfusion oder engl. Exposure Fusion ...
