I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Das Recht am eigenen Bild
In Deutschland gilt das sogenannte Recht am eigenen Bild. Möchte man ein Foto von einer Person machen, so benötigt man die Erlaubnis dieser Person. Die Erlaubnis zur Fotografie und auch zur Veröffentlichung kann mündlich gegeben werden. Ein schriftlicher Vertrag (ein Modelvertrag oder Model-Release-Vertrag) ist aber stets sicherer. Im Detail lautet der Gesetzestext des Kunsturheberrechtsgesetzes (KUG § 22):
Bildnisse dürfen nur mit Einwilligung des Abgebildeten verbreitet oder öffentlich zur Schau gestellt werden. Die Einwilligung gilt im Zweifel als erteilt, wenn der Abgebildete dafür, dass er sich abbilden ließ, eine Entlohnung erhielt. Nach dem Tode des Abgebildeten bedarf es bis zum Ablaufe ...
