So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Da Stock- und Microstock-Agenturen häufig international tätig sind und sich entsprechend hinsichtlich der Rechtslage am kleinsten gemeinsamen Nenner orientieren müssen, gehen die Auflagen hier über die bisher beschriebenen Einschränkungen noch hinaus. Am Beispiel der Richtlinien der Microstock-Agentur Fotolia sollen die Regelungen zu den eingereichten Bildern deutlich gemacht werden:
- Der einreichende Fotograf muss der Urheber aller hochgeladenen Bilder sein.
- Für erkennbare Personen muss eine schriftliche Freigabe (ein Modelvertrag) mitgeliefert werden. Ein Vordruck hierzu ist bei Fotolia zum Download erhältlich.
- Bilder, die geschützte Gebäude, Logos, Warenzeichen, Privatbesitz oder anderweitig geschützte Elemente ...
